Fee mechanic, as deployed
Creator fees reach the game in aggregate. Anyone can claim and sync them as damage. Boss HP is 2, 4, 8, 16, 32 HYPE, then 32 flat forever. Each defeat sends 70% of the HP to the burn budget and 30% to the Rage Reserve. Every 5th boss releases the whole Rage Reserve into the burn budget (Mega Burn). The next boss spawns immediately. Buybacks run in tranches of at most 0.5 HYPE, at least 10 minutes apart, and send BOSS to 0xdead. Parameters are immutable.
