LIVE

LIVE ON ELYSIUM. The arena reads the BossGame contract. Fees are real, so are the burns. Not financial advice.

Manual

Fee, hit, fall, burn, next

The boss is a picture of trading fees. You do not have to mash buttons. These are the rules of the game contract, and the arena reads them live from Elysium.

1
Fees

Swaps in the pool pay a fee. The game contract receives its share in HYPE. Only that fee is damage, not the trade size.

2
Sync

Anyone can call the contract to claim fees and apply them. Hits are drawn bigger than the fee so you can see them. The number stays exact.

3
Health

Boss 1 has 2 HYPE, then 4, 8, 16 and 32. From boss 5 every boss has 32 HYPE, forever.

4
Split

Boss HP is 2, 4, 8, 16, 32 HYPE, then 32 HYPE flat forever. Each defeat sends 70% of that HP to the burn budget and 30% to the Rage Reserve. Every 5th boss releases the whole Rage Reserve into the burn budget (Mega Burn), so once a five-boss cycle completes every fee of that cycle is buyback budget. The next boss spawns immediately and leftover damage carries over. Buybacks are decoupled: anyone can run one of at most 0.50 HYPE at least 10 minutes apart, and the BOSS bought is sent to 0xdead (total supply does not shrink). Demo cooldown is compressed to 10 s.

5
Next boss

The next boss spawns in the same transaction. Extra damage carries over. Nothing waits for the burn.

6
Buyback

The buyback budget drains in tranches of at most 0.5 HYPE, at least 10 minutes apart, only when the pool price is near its recent average. Bought tokens go to the dead address.

Worked example

37.50 HYPE of fees arrive. Bosses 1 to 4 fall (2 + 4 + 8 + 16 = 30 HYPE). 21.00 HYPE goes to the buyback budget, 9.00 HYPE is saved in the Rage Reserve, and boss 5 starts with 7.50 of its 32 HYPE already dealt. When boss 5 falls, its 22.40 HYPE plus the whole Rage Reserve (18.60 HYPE) join the budget: after five bosses all 62 HYPE of fees are buyback budget. Spending it takes 124 tranches, at least about 21 hours. The arithmetic is from the contract. The scenario is an example, not volume this site has seen.

Risk, said plainly

A burn is not a promise that the price rises. You can lose money to price, fees, slippage and failed execution. Volume can dry up and leave a boss standing. A Mega Burn is a bigger budget, not an instant burn: it is spent in the same tranches. Nothing here is audited. Read the draft risk page.
