Defeats allocate instantly: 70% to the burn budget, 30% to the Rage Reserve, released into the burn budget every 5th boss (Mega Burn). Buyback tranches spend that budget separately, at most 0.50 HYPE at a time, and send the BOSS bought to 0xdead. Total supply does not shrink. Every row comes from the game contract's events on Elysium.
