Terms of Use

The site

These terms are a draft for the BOSSFIGHT website. The site is an arcade view of a game contract. It does not sell tokens, custody assets, or execute trades. The game contract on Elysium is separate from this website.

By using the site you can look at the live boss, the contract's totals, its defeat and buyback history, and explanatory pages. You do not open an account with us by doing that.

No offer

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell a security, a commodity, or any other financial instrument. Nothing is a solicitation to buy. Figures marked illustrative are not market data.

HYPE is the native gas coin of Elysium and the unit the game contract counts. Amounts shown in the arena are read from the game contract. They are not price quotes.

Where the numbers come from

The battle you see is read from the BossGame contract on Elysium through a community RPC. The RPC can be slow, wrong or offline. The contract is the record, not this page.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break the site, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, or present anything on it as a completed buyback unless the contract's buyback history shows it.

Changes

The draft and the roster presentation can change. The game contract's economic parameters are immutable and cannot be changed by the team. Counsel has not reviewed these terms. Until counsel reviews a replacement, this draft is the only terms text on the site.
